Alkaline diet has been shown to effectively lose weight and achieve a healthy lifestyle. It is natural but effective! It has been called alkaline scheme because this scheme involves the introduction of large quantities of alkaline foods in your daily meals.

Alkaline foods are easy from anywhere else. You can get it directly from the farm if you’ve grown fruits and vegetables. Fresh produce is actually better than other foods. Processed foods are not good.
